Chapter 03 — The Quality

03Why ours taste
like no other.

Step 1 — Inspect

Walked daily, checked twice

Agronomists walk every row of the estate. Soil, water and leaf are tested on a fixed schedule — thousands of inspections a season, logged bush by bush.

Step 2 — Select

Only the deepest blue

Berries are graded by size, firmness and bloom — that silver dust on the skin that says a berry was never touched twice. Anything less than perfect stays behind.

Step 3 — Export

Built for volume

Picked in the morning, chilled by noon, loaded by evening. Our cold chain moves pallets and tonnes — not punnets — delivering export-grade fruit to sellers across Kosovo and beyond, while the bloom is still on the berry.

From Gorozhdevc, just outside Pejë, our berries grow in the clean air and cool nights of western Kosovo.
